1. Information only — not advice

Aurum Desk (the “Service”) provides market commentary, trade ideas, charts, news summaries, community discussion, and related educational content. Nothing on the Service is personalised investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument, or a recommendation tailored to your circumstances.

We are not your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, portfolio manager, or fiduciary. No advisory, brokerage, or client relationship is created by registering, subscribing, reading signals, using Ask the Desk, joining chat, or receiving alerts.

You must make your own independent decisions. If you need advice, consult a suitably authorised professional in your jurisdiction.

2. You choose the risk — not us

Any decision to open, manage, or close a trade is yours alone. You use your own capital, on your own brokerage account, under your own risk controls.

We do not place trades for you, manage your account, guarantee fills, or control your broker’s pricing, slippage, spreads, or execution.

By using the Service you voluntarily assume all financial, market, leverage, liquidity, and operational risk associated with trading. If you cannot afford to lose money, do not trade and do not use this Service.

3. Trading can cause severe losses

Foreign exchange, precious metals, indices, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged products involve a high risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your capital — and with leverage, losses can be rapid and substantial.

Past performance, published pips, win rates, equity curves, and track-record statistics are historical illustrations only. They do not predict future results and must not be treated as a promise of profit.

Signals may be wrong, late, incomplete, or unsuitable for your account size, psychology, or local regulations. News and calendar items can be inaccurate or delayed.

4. No warranties on content or outcomes

We provide the Service on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Price feeds, charts, RSS news, economic calendars, AI analyst replies, Telegram/WhatsApp delivery, and third-party data may fail, lag, or contain errors. We are not responsible for those failures or for decisions you make in reliance on them.

5. We are not liable for your losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aurum Desk, its operators, owners, analysts, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Service or from any trading or investment decision you make — including without limitation: trading losses; missed profits; drawdowns; account liquidation; emotional distress; business interruption; or any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.

This applies whether a claim is based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statute, or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised that such loss was possible.

You acknowledge that you are using informational content at your own risk and that we have no duty to protect you from losses you choose to take.

6. Third parties and your broker

Your relationship with any broker, exchange, payment processor, messaging platform, or data provider is solely between you and that party. We are not a party to those relationships and are not liable for their acts, omissions, fees, outages, or terms.

7. Your responsibility for legality

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing market commentary or trading is lawful where you live. We do not offer the Service where doing so would violate local law. You must not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving this type of content.

8. If you do not accept this

If you do not fully understand and accept that Aurum Desk is information only, that you alone take trading risk, and that we are not liable for your losses, you must stop using the Service immediately and must not subscribe.
