Terms of service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Aurum Desk websites, apps, APIs, alerts, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Aurum Desk (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By registering, logging in, browsing paid areas, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms, our Risk Disclosure, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service is informational only

The Service provides educational market commentary and trade ideas. It is not investment advice, not a brokerage, and not a managed account. Full risk terms are in the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.

You alone decide whether to trade. We are not responsible for any trading or financial outcome.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service, share paid content without permission, attempt to reverse-engineer systems, harass members, or violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions, billing & NO REFUNDS

Paid plans (including Gold and Pro) are billed in advance via our payment processor (e.g. Stripe). Prices may change; changes apply to subsequent billing periods after notice on the Service or by email.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is no refund policy. We do not offer refunds, credits, chargebacks-as-refunds, goodwill credits, or prorated refunds for any reason — including change of mind, unused access, dissatisfaction, trading losses, technical issues outside our reasonable control, or failure to cancel before renewal.

You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal where available. Cancellation stops subsequent charges; it does not entitle you to a refund for the current or any prior period. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless we terminate earlier for breach.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to paid content, we may suspend the account and contest the dispute with evidence of delivery of digital access.

5. Free tier

Free access, if offered, may be limited, delayed, or changed at any time. Free features do not create any entitlement to paid features or to continued availability.

6. Intellectual property

Signals, copy, branding, UI, software, and other content on the Service are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own education. You may not redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly republish paid signals or member content without prior written consent.

7. Community & communications

Chat, reactions, and win-wall posts must remain lawful and respectful. We may remove content and restrict access at our discretion.

Optional alerts (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, email) depend on third-party networks. Delivery is not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or other damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on any content. See the Risk Disclosure for the full statement.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the fees you paid us for the Service in that period (or £50 if you paid nothing).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aurum Desk and its operators from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your trading, your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features. We may terminate access for breach without refund.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our IP or Service integrity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes non-waivable consumer rights that apply mandatorily in your place of residence. Where such rights apply, they prevail only to the minimum extent required.
