Forex Signals Subscription: Your First 30 Days, Honestly

You subscribed to a forex signals subscription — now what? The first 30 days decide whether signals become a disciplined edge or an expensive tilt machine. This is the honest week-by-week playbook we wish every new Aurum Desk member followed.

Week 1 — watch, log, do not trade

Expect to see losses — our monthly results publish them alongside the wins.

Hard rule: no live positions in week one. Log every signal that arrives — pair, levels, your hypothetical fill, the outcome. You are calibrating three things: the desk's cadence, the typical stop distance (it drives your sizing), and your own availability at publication times. A signal you catch 40 pips late is a different trade — learn your realistic latency now, for free.

Week 2 — smallest size that produces real feelings

Trade the minimum lot your broker allows. The point is not profit; it is running the full loop — alert, fill, TP1 partial, breakeven move, close — with actual money so the emotions show up. Keep the log going; add a column for mistakes (late entry, moved stop, skipped TP).

Weeks 3-4 — scale to your rule, score the month

Move to your written sizing rule — 1% of account per trade, computed off the stop distance, with the calculator doing the arithmetic. At month end score two things separately: the desk (were plans complete, timely, honestly settled?) and yourself (take-rate, fill quality, rule adherence). Most 'signals don't work' stories are a failing self-score blamed on the desk — and most genuinely bad desks fail the desk-score in week one.

What you should expect from the provider's side

When to cancel

Cancel inside the first month if the desk-score fails: incomplete plans, edited history, silence after losers. Do not cancel just because the month was net-negative — drawdowns happen to honest desks — but do cancel if you cannot follow the cadence with your schedule; unused signals are a subscription to guilt. The exit should be self-service either way.

The desk publishes into our signal group on Telegram, and the first 200 hours include every level.

If you want these arriving in your chat rather than on a screen you have to be watching, gold signals on Telegram covers the set-up.
