The desk's rebuild: the four-question stack
- Where is price inside the structure? At a support/resistance shelf, mid-range, or extended after a run?
- What does the calendar permit? No fresh positioning into CPI or Fed minutes windows.
- Where is the invalidation? If a stop cannot be placed at a structural level within sane distance, there is no trade in either direction.
- Does reward justify risk? Minimum 1:1.5 to the first target, or pass.
Run the stack and 'buy or sell?' resolves into one of three honest states: a long plan, a short plan, or — most days, most hours — no trade. The no-trade answer is the one free content never gives you, because flat doesn't generate clicks. It generates survival.

When the stack produces a plan, it publishes as a complete signal — entry, SL, TP ladder, timestamped, settled in the public record win or lose. That is what buy-or-sell looks like when the answerer has skin in the reputation: conditional, falsifiable, and silent when conditions fail.
